Our getaway prices are generally quoted per stay for the entire suite, villa, or condo, rather than per person. However, we always require the number of adults and children traveling, since maximum occupancy rules, sleeping arrangements, and property size depend on that information. If you choose an all-inclusive package, those meal and beverage plans are priced per person, in addition to the accommodation cost.

All required taxes, including the New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) on our service fee, are included in the total price you receive from us. However, some resorts charge a daily resort fee that must be paid directly at the property at checkout. These fees are applied by the resort for each night of your stay and are collected by the property itself rather than through us.
